Kate Manley is a highly accomplished professional known for her expertise in cultivating relationships, connecting businesses to resources, and serving as an innovative and strategic community leader. With nearly 15 years of experience, Kate has made a significant impact in various roles, focusing on talent development, career awareness, event management, and program development.

Previously, Kate served as the President of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce for six years, where she successfully fostered relationships between businesses, facilitated talent pipelines, and spearheaded impactful events and programs. Her dedication and visionary leadership contributed to the Chamber's growth and success during her tenure. In order to devote more time to her young family, Kate made the decision to step down from her role as President, but her passion for community development and professional growth remained unwavering.

In the spring of 2023, Kate founded Collaborkate LLC, a venture aimed at assisting busy professionals with project management and consulting. Leveraging her extensive experience and strategic mindset, Kate offers valuable support to individuals and organizations seeking to optimize their operations and achieve their goals.

In her current contract role with Career Jam, Kate focuses on fostering partnerships who share a dedication to advancing the workforce, developing the talent pipeline, and reshaping the narrative surrounding career opportunities in the Capital Region. Her ability to build strong connections and her deep understanding of the business landscape make her a valuable asset to the organization.

Kate Manley's commitment to personal growth and continuous learning is evident in her educational background. She is a proud alumna of Siena College, where she earned her BA in English. Recognizing the versatility and value of an English degree, Kate firmly believes that it provides a pathway to lifelong employability.

Throughout her career, Kate has been recognized for her outstanding contributions. In 2022, she was honored with the YWCA's Resourceful Women's Leadership award, acknowledging her leadership and impact in the community. Additionally, Kate was selected as a member of the Albany Business Review 40 under 40 Class of 2017, a testament to her exceptional professional achievements.
