Biography

As the Event Manager for Career Jam, Emily oversees the detailed planning, coordination, and execution that bring each event to life. Her passion for creating meaningful and memorable experiences for students shines as she fosters strong, collaborative relationships with participating schools, businesses, and community partners. 

Emily graduated from Highlands College in 2024 with a focus in Conference and Events, completing over 800 hours of hands-on experience in event management. During her time there, she gained extensive practical training in organizing events of every scale, from intimate gatherings to large, multi-day conferences, while developing a strong foundation in hospitality, leadership, and creative problem solving. Earning her Bachelor’s degree in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University that same year strengthened her skills in communication, service, and team leadership. 

With a background rooted in excellence and a genuine love for creating welcoming environments, Emily brings warmth, professionalism, and an unwavering attention to detail to every event she leads. Her ability to manage complex logistics while maintaining a positive, people-first mindset has made her a trusted partner among Career Jam’s exhibitors, educators, and stakeholders. 

Emily is driven by the belief that great events can inspire, especially for students exploring future career possibilities. She loves being part of a team that connects young people with hands-on career experiences, ignites curiosity, and helps shape the next generation of the workforce.​
