Should We Choose to Eat Lunch on Campus?
-
Some Career Jam time slots overlap lunchtime at school

-
Career Jam nor the host venue provide any food for students or faculty & there is no programming associated with staying for lunch

-
Career Jam will schedule your lunch time & designate a lunch area on campus

-
Students bring packed lunches or you may coordinate with your school cafeteria staff to pre-pack bagged lunches

-
For groups under 100 students—we recommend bringing lunches in a cooler on wheels or packing them up in containers or boxes making it easier to transport them *upon arrival you’ll leave your lunches with a Career Jam volunteer to move to the designated lunch area*

-
For groups of 100+ students—please have students carry their lunches during the event for ease of coordination at lunch time *Students may use their Career Jam swag bag to carry their lunch*
Should We Choose to do a Campus Tour?
-
Campus tours are coordinated and led by the host venue college staff – a great opportunity for students to see the campus & ask questions

-
At your scheduled tour time, meet in the campus tour location: outside of the main entrance to the right, under the admission tent

-
Please note: tours are more brief than a typical admissions tour & not all tour guides will be admission staff

-
Groups will be asked to split into 20-30 students ahead of time for the tours
