We're so excited to welcome 500+ students to this event! To make this the best experience possible, please download the Educator and Student Success Guides (sent in email) to prepare for your time at Career Jam Explore! If you can not find the email, please reach out to Meagan Masti at meagan@career-jam.com.

Before coming to the event, please make sure to do the following.

Share your schedule, Tec-Smart map, and parking information with your transportation department.
Fill out the Co-Ser Form and submit prior to attending the event.
Have all students take the Career Jam Student Exploration Survey (emailed to registered participants).
Have all students fill out a media consent form. Please bring with you a list of students that have not filled out the form to inform a Career Jam Event Staff member upon arrival.
If you are eating lunch at the facility, please make sure to bring lunches in a labeled cooler to drop off at check-in.

All exhibitors must have their booth set up by 8:00 AM on Wednesday, October 4. You can either set up on Tuesday, October 3 from 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM or on Wednesday, October 4 from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM.
