Ryan Van Amburgh
Co-Founder and Principal
Ryan is a mission-driven leader with extensive experience in building economic and workforce ecosystems. He specializes in strategic planning, organizational development and business development. In his twenty-two year career, he has worked alongside founders, C-level executives, HR leaders, education leaders and community leaders in many industries including business associations, insurance companies, economic development organizations and non-profits.
He has project managed Career Jam Explore programs since it's launch in 2017 and is currently coordinating the digital Career Jam Connect portal to streamline ed-to- workforce pathways.

Bill Teator
Co-Founder and Principal
Bill is a 26 year strategic communication professional focused on aligning stakeholders around driving public policy and commercial outcomes. Coordinating complex systems of stakeholders around shared interest campaigns to drive better outcomes are central to his career roles. He has successfully integrated technical professionals, including those on the proposed project team, to deliver on-time and on-budget projects supporting demanding goals in tight timeframes. His services have supported corporations from Siemens to Energy East (acquired by Iberdrola), trade associations, nationwide dairy cooperatives, the American Farm Bureau Federation, elected leader's campaigns, and local cause driven nonprofits, such as the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation. As a rural Greene County native, son of a career teacher, and public policy advocate, Bill is passionate about empowering people from all backgrounds to realize impactful lives. It is the organizing theme of Career Jam partners to lift up area youth and families through access to relevant skills. For this project, Bill will lead strategic project planning, integration of project team services, and interfacing with the client to ensure deliverables are met. Maintaining open communication feedback loops is a hallmark of his project initiatives to ensure buy-in, acceptance, execution and stakeholder satisfaction are achieved.

Kim Parr Teator
Chief Administrative Officer
Kim is a 28 year change management, learning and development, and internal communication professional. She has implemented contract work on time and budget for the US Department of State, Postal Service, FBI, US Department of Housing, the Architect of the Capitol, Deloitte, Bloomberg Media, Momentive Performance Materials among many others. She has tracked SBSC’s Career Jam accounts for billing of related fees to the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce Foundation. For SBSC and this project, Kim will consult on strategy to organize communication of training for use of the Career Jam digital portal to key stakeholders. Kim will also coordinate project time tracking and accounts payable and receivable.

Aarika Van Amburgh
Director of Education
Aarika has over twenty years experience in education with proven teaching, guidance and counseling skills. She is a passionate educator with a love for educating today's youth. During Aarika's career, she facilitated powerful learning experiences, supported each child's individual academic, emotional and social needs. As Career Jam's Director of Education, Aarika harnesses her passion and creativity to build awareness in career exploration and development believing wholeheartedly in our mission; to inspire students from all backgrounds and abilities to imagine their future.
